Premium Detailing Services We specialize in high-end detailing services, offering everything from thorough interior cleaning to advanced exterior treatments. Our luxury and peak packages include deep cleaning, conditioning, clay-bar decontamination, paint polishing, and ceramic sealant application for long-lasting shine and protection. Our goal is to make your vehicle look and feel brand new, inside and out.
Extreme Vehicle Condition If CR Detailing determines that your vehicle is in extreme condition, additional detailing sessions may be required to achieve our high standards. We will notify you if extra services are necessary to bring your car to optimal condition.
Services Not Covered To maintain safety and efficiency, the following services are not included in our detailing packages:
Removal of seats from the vehicle
Cleanup of bodily fluids ($100 charge if required)
Cleaning of seat tracks (due to seat removal restrictions)
Glove box cleaning (unless specifically requested and emptied by the owner)
Cleaning of the spare tire area
Undercarriage detailing
Wheel well cleaning
Engine bay cleaning
Payment Terms Payment is due in full upon service completion unless otherwise agreed upon in writing before the appointment. By booking our services, you authorize CR Detailing to charge the credit card on file if no cash or check payment is received. Outstanding invoices that remain unpaid for 14 days or more are subject to a late payment fee of $25 in addition to the outstanding balance. If immediate payment is not made upon service completion, CR Detailing reserves the right to charge the full amount to the customer’s credit card on file.

Additional Service Agreement Information
CR Detailing agrees to provide “Customer” automotive cleaning and detailing work (“Services”) under the terms of this Agreement as follows:
1. Services
“Services” means all detailing services to be provided by CR Detailing, including but not limited to exterior washing, interior cleaning, waxing, polishing, and any additional services as specified in Schedule A. Any modification to the Services must be agreed upon in writing by both parties. Additional Services requested by “Customer” may result in adjustments to the Service Fees and completion timelines.
2. Fees
“Fees” means the cost for CR Detailing to perform certain Services, as listed in Schedule A. Fees are based on the Services selected by Customer and are subject to change with any modifications to the scope of work. Customer agrees to pay the Fees to CR Detailing as specified in Schedule A upon completion of the Services. CR Detailing may require a deposit before commencing the Services, with the remaining balance due upon completion. CR Detailing may implement a cancellation fee of 50$ if the customer fails to notify CR Detailing of cancellation at least 24 hours prior to the detail.
3. Term and Termination
This Agreement starts on the Effective Date and ends when the Services are completed.
Either party may terminate this Agreement immediately if the other party breaches any material term of this Agreement. CR Detailing reserves the right to terminate this Agreement if it is unreasonable or impracticable to perform the Services.
4. Customer Responsibilities
4.1 Access to Vehicle
Customers must provide CR Detailing with access to vehicles as necessary for the performance of the Services. Customers must ensure that the vehicle is safe and free from hazards.
4.2 Vehicle Condition
Customers must ensure that the vehicle is in a condition suitable for detailing. CR Detailing is not responsible for any pre-existing damage to the vehicle. Customers must remove all personal belongings from the vehicle before CR Detailing begins the Services. CR Detailing is not responsible for the loss of personal items inside the vehicle. CR Detailing will collect trash and personal belongings found and place into a bag.
5. Limitation of Liability.
CR Detailing’s entire liability and your sole and exclusive remedy for any and all losses and damages for any cause of action arising out of Services provided to you by CR Detailing shall be limited, at CR Detailing’s option and in CR Detailing’s sole discretion, to a refund of payment(s) for the service(s) at issue; a reclean; or, the repair of your vehicle as determined by CR Detailing in its sole discretion.
IN NO EVENT SHALL CR DETAILING BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS, LIABILITY, DAMAGE OR EXPENSE IN AN AMOUNT IN EXCESS OF THE AMOUNT PAID FOR SERVICES. CUSTOMER EXPRESSLY WAIVES ANY AND ALL RIGHTS TO CLAIM ANY ADDITIONAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO: ANY LOSS OF USE OR PROFITS, LOSS OF BUSINESS, LOSS OF BUSINESS REPUTATION, EXPENSES OR COSTS ARISING FROM OR ALLEGED TO ARISE FROM BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, DAMAGE TO REAL OR PERSONAL PROPERTY, AND FOR CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES CAUSED OR ALLEGED TO BE CAUSED IN WHOLE OR IN PART BY ANY ACT OR OMISSION BY CR DETAILING.
6. Limited Warranty.
CR DETAILING MAKES NO EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
7. Governing Law – Venue.
All disputes between you and CR Detailing shall be governed by Texas state law and resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas.
8. Dispute Resolution.
Within sixty (60) days of the arising of a claim, and before filing a lawsuit, mediation must be performed as a condition precedent for any dispute between the Parties. The Parties must mediate in good faith before a mutually agreeable third party neutral mediator, with each Party bearing its own costs. Should the mediation be unsuccessful, the Parties retain all remedies available to them at law. The prevailing party to litigation is entitled to its reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs.
9. Severability.
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
